A Client removing an existing old worn out building with a new 3 bedroom house.
Situated on a small site with an existing minor road being part of the external wall to the existing house. The new dwelling was designed to fit the existing footprint of the existing house.
The higher rear level of the site gave the opportunity to create a single storey extension on a split level from the new two storey rectangular house fronting the road. The advantages of the new house enabled an open plan living area gained from a half level rise from the new main entrance off the road and connecting with the rear landscaped garden. The house is fully equipped with electronic controllers and gadgets to enable complete remote access to heating, lighting and security.
The material finish, are to a very high quality, including purpose designed stainless steel exposed bow trusses to the integral conservatory and steel blades and glass balustrading to the stairway.
